  • Delivery Windows: All stated delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners. TrendSpire is not legally liable for unexpected delays caused by customs clearance procedures, severe weather, flight delays, or national holidays in the UAE or KSA.
  • Unclaimed Shipments: If a customer refuses to accept a delivery or fails to respond to the courier after 3 delivery attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, failure to accept the package without a valid reason may result in the restriction of the COD payment option for future purchases on our store.
  • Incorrect Information: The buyer is legally responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including the Saudi National Address or correct UAE Emirate and active mobile number.
